Took out domestic travel insurance, because of the covid situation. Had the unfortunate need to claim after a stone cracked the windscreen on a rental car. Cover-More we very freindly through the process and paid out on the claim with no issues. I would use these guys again for domestic and international, once we can go overseas again.

Claim settled promptly and in line with their emailed time frames. I did feel claims forms were a bit confusing and seemed to duplicate questions some times.

In all my years of insured travel, this is the first time I have needed to make a claim. The online process from the initial application for the insurance to the unfortunate need to make a claim was relatively easy. Thank you for your kindness in dealing with my claim so promptly.😊 Just quietly, my fondest wish is for that first Cancellation choice limit to be increased to $2000 instead of $1500 as most short trips/tours are $1700-plus.

Cover-More Travel Insurance have an easy on-line application and purchase portal. We unfortunately had a medical claim while on our travels and their on-line claims form was easy, quick and efficient. Their response was prompt and no fuss. A total pleasure to deal with.
