East or West Craig Pettit is the best for Loan market Mortgage. Craig made things very easy for me when I bought my second home. Craig is very patient and gives you more service than what is needed. He goes out of his way to help and has a very friendly attitude. When the house broker referred me to Craig 8 years back I was bit skeptical but after I met him and got the things in my favour I always go to him. Craig has answers for all your loan problems and he has the best contacts with the banks

We have had help from Craig securing several homes over the last 4 years. I don't think you could get a better mortgage/insurance advisor. Twice during this time we have purchased at auction & Craig has always quickly gathered our financial info and given us prior approval. A third purchase was your normal, negotiate a price with vendor. Each time Craig gave us better lending rates than the banks offered & the speed at which approval is obtained makes for stress free transactions.
