I.I found First Rate Mortgages simply amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make things happen and always kept communication open. It was extremely challenging for us to go through the tight restrictions the banks were placing on new builds after Covid hit and I know for sure if we didn't have the expertise of our mortgage broker negotiating on our behalf we would never have been approved. Danielle exceeded our expectations by securing the lowest interest rate for us, even before it was advertised. Danielle was very thorough and efficient and took the time to explain the contracts and calculations so that we fully understood. I, 100% recommend them and can't thank them enough as now we have our beautiful new home to look forward to.
