David, at Futureproof Life Insurance, was amazing. David worked really hard to find a total insurance solution that worked with our specific needs, and not anything more than what he (based on all his experience) felt we needed. David, outlined his processes clearly, had very timely and knowledgeable correspondence, answered ALL my questions, felt trustworthy with his recommendations and was a real pleasure to work with. We would recommend Futureproof Life Insurance, and more so, David, to anyone needing help establishing or re-working their policies and look forward to working with them in the future.

We decided to redo all our personal insurances over lock-down last year and Rob and Futureproof Life really impressed us. We ended up saving on our existing monthly payments yet getting a much better deal across the board. Rob was really professional and helpful. All our meetings were documented and updated and we felt in really safe, competent hands. We would highly recommend Rob and his team.

David is a true professional. He is genuine in wanting to look after you/your family and sincere in the service he offers in ensuring you/your family get/s the best and you/your family’s future is protected. He explains things calmly and simply so that you wont get overwhelmed with all the medical and financial jargon. Reliable and dependent, he is highly recommended.

It seems to be quite a rare experience these days to engage with a professional who is truly exceptional at what they deliver and a genuinely caring person to go with it, David is definitely one of these individuals. He was punctual, polite, spent the time (respectfully) to collect the information he needed to taylor the absolute best cover that he could for myself and my family. We have been with Futureproof Life and with David for many years now and have always received great service. David was able to get us a premium holiday for six months last year during COVID-19 and that was much appreciated. No review can do David and his team justice. I became a client of Futureproof Life about a decade ago on the advice of some very successful friend of mine. I always thought one insurance salesman is like another, but these guys give good advice and surely if they are good enough to be trusted by my friend, they are good enough for me. It was only when things went well and truly pear-shaped that I came to realise the value of having a guy like David as my insurance broker. My claim was not straight forward, to be honest I didn't even thought we had a snowballs chance in hell to be successful, but David was like a dog with a bone, he just refused to let it go and argued my case from every angle until he was successful. Bottom line is anybody can sell a policy, but on the other end when you need to claim - That is when you need David to be on your side. I will be forever grateful that he was and still is on mine.

Futureproof Life have been absolutely amazing as an insurance provider. David put in so much time to get to know us and cut out the perfect plan for both my husband and I with individualised needs. He made it cost effective and was very honest about areas he thought were not required and knew the health systems well enough to make appropriate recommendations and knew what other providers offered and made very reasonable comparisons. You honestly can’t go wrong with these guys. I can also say that when I needed laparoscopic surgery for my endometriosis I got to go private and got it all done quickly and with the best of care. The claim was straight forward to process and efficiently reconciled. Highly recommend.
