Geoff is a delight to work with! He helped me into my first home and organized my mortgage with the banks (he asked a lot of banks!) and house insurance. He promptly answers any of my questions(I always have a lot) through email , text or phone call and always makes time for me. He has a very professional and kindhearted manner. If he doesn't know the answer to your question immediately then he'll go away and get back to you. He also explains business and financial terms simply and doesn't overcomplicate concepts. He isn't fake and makes you feel like a close friend with his valuable advice . I would highly recommend his brokerage services, a very trustworthy gentleman.

I recently used Geoff's services when purchasing my first home. We found Geoff to be very patient and thorough while we missed out on multiple properties. He always made himself available for any questions and always delivered when we needed a quick turn around from the banks. He also had some great renovation knowledge and ideas! Geoff is friendly and approachable. I found he responded to my emails and texts promptly, and pushed things along with the bank. In these trying times, it is important to have someone who does this, and a bonus if they are a nice person as well. I would recommend his services
