I have been with GFS for almost 17 years but haven't posted a review on Google yet. However a recent visit to their offices & a meeting with their founder-director Mr. Ajay Kumar for refixing my mortgages prompted me to write this review. I first met him in 2004 when he was operating from his home garage. Over the years I have seen the business grow many fold into an enterprise having 4-5 offices, large number of staff and having serviced $1b+ loans. Irrespective of the growth and current scale of operations, I have to admit that Mr. Ajay Kumar has stayed grounded and hasn't lost any of his enthusiasm & eagerness to help his customers. Even in my recent meeting he demonstrated the same level of keenness to help me that I had seen in him so many years back.
