So many thanks to Abhey who helped with our finances - AGAIN! They always make themselves available - for Personal AND Business advice - in addition, they're willing to make the effort out of conventional working hours, too. What became really apparent was their relentless work ethic. We were gathering documents (requested by the bank) for a Loan Restructure. Before we even had time to collect all of the required information, we received a call, from Global Finance, informing us that they had managed to convince the bank to push it through. He advised me how to structure your loan & how to pay off the loan faster. Ever since than my life is so smooth and never had any financial worries. It’s been a great experience after associating with global finance, Henderson as my mortgage broker with the tactful skills of Ravi & Abhey. Ravi’s accounting expertise helped me to bring my mortgage down as well as the time frame from 30 years to 17 years so quickly. He was very professional during the entire application process, starting from the initial discussion to finalising the policy. Our previous mortgage broker was getting us to do all the work so we changed ,we were introduced to Global finance via our real estate agent.. Parveer was the broker who was assigned to us he was absolutely incredible he did everything for us, he would ring tell me what he needed then I would email the documents back to him it was that simple.. unfortunately our new home didn't have a code of compliance but Parveer managed to secure finance and also insurance without the CCC which was an absolute miracle we would not have our Dream home if it were not for global finance, we cannot thank Parveer and the team enough... the CCC is currently being sorted by the previous owner.... if you need a mortgage broker I highly recommend these guys
