GSI have worked alongside Relief Transport for many years, and have always provided excellent service. Our Claims Manager is extremely efficient & helpful. She & the GSI team remove the inevitable uncertainty and stress that dealing with insurance can bring. Definitely recommend!

Very supportive and understanding. Went out of their way to explain some of the trickier aspects of 2 very different claims. Very patient with me and happy to keep re explaining. I didn't feel rushed, as it has been difficult to get quotes from tradespeople. Made the process and the paper work very easy for me. Great outcome with 2 settlements. Our GSI broker went the extra mile to suggest our settlement include an estimate, as we just couldn't get anyone to give a quote. This was accepted. Extremely grateful.
