I have worked with Satyan iConsult for a few years now both as a client and referring my clients to iConsult and they always deliver and over-deliver! I can't fault them in anything. They are efficient, fast, understand their clients and deliver results! The best in the market space!

iConsult Mortgage Brokers assisted us recently. Their processes weren't cumbersome and saved a significant amount of time. They achieved a quick turnaround in securing loan approval for us. They got us the lowest possible interest rate available in the market at that time.

I came to know about iConsult through a property seminar at their Mount Eden office. I attended that which gave me an idea what to look for a house as a first home buyer. I setup a meeting for my first home mortgage needs with Satyan Mehra and visited his office. As a first home buyer with 10% deposit, I was 100% sure that after listening to my mortgage needs and low deposit availability, they will turn me away while saying that you need to add some extra money or increase your Kiwi saver contribution the way I believe 10 different mortgage brokers told me to do so. To my surprise both Vikrant and Satyan told me that mortgage is not an issue but it will be a Live deal which means banks will see the property and other things than they may or may not offer the loan. I agreed, started searching for a house, gave my offers which got accepted subject to finance to be arranged in 10 working days. Satyan and Vikrant had 10 days to get me over the line, they went to different banks, non-banks and as per their commitment ASB Bank offered us the first home loan. I want to thank both Satyan and Vikrant for their commitment and professionalism . I would highly recommend first home buyers who are turned away by other mortgage brokers to contact Iconsult.

Satyan and Vikrant worked tirelessly to find us the best deal with our bank. They were very open and honest at all times. They took us through the whole lending process very professionally and with lots of patience. Good communication and very informative at all times. THANKS GUYS.

The iConsult team provided us exceptional service.
