J.Very satisfied. Took out a policy when purchasing a 2012 Volvo V60. Soon after, experienced issues with the transmission which turned out to be significant. From there, I didn't really do much as Janssen, the repair agent and car dealer sorted the claim without me having to get involved. Really was painless and I'm grateful for the smooth experience.
A.I made my first claim for repairs to my car in the 3rd year of my warranty with Janssen insurance today and didn't have to worry about a thing. The dealership dealt directly with Janssen and everything was sorted immediately so once repaired, I only had to pay the excess and I was able to drive away. So happy I chose to go with the 3 year warranty.

D.Low mileage BMW fuel injectors failed, which was most unexpected. Fortunately I had taken out the Janssen Elite Cover policy when I purchased the vehicle, some months beforehand.
Janssen Insurance were quick to respond, replaced the fuel injectors and my vehicle was back on the road without any fuss.

A.I have a number of products Janssen have to offer and couldn't be happier. Great service when i need to contact them. T.To be honest I have never had to deal with insurance companies for a mechanical issue before, but I have dealt with insurance companies for other things and that was painful and time consuming. So I thought here I go this should be interesting to see how this goes, but there was not 1 problem with our claim, the car was taken away to be repaired and a courtesy car was given for us to use, and less than a week later our car was ready. And it really was as simple as that
So Thank AJ motors in Hamilton and Janssen Insurance for making this a stress free process, and I would definitely recommend our car dealer and this insurance company to everyone.

R.I have commercial insurance on my courier van with Janssens and on both of my claims they were very quick with a response and also super helpful and friendly, it being my first experience having to make a claim with insurance I wasn't sure what to expect but they made it really easy. it would have been helpful to have a rental vehicle option whilst the van was in the shop for 2 weeks or some sort of help for cover for that .. other than that

We are a company running for 10 years now and we have never ever had such a positive environment from working with insurance companies normally they make things really hard and delay work causing frustration to both the customer and the work shop! But Janssen is completely opposite to this they push for the customer and drive the work shop to stay ahead resulting in fast turn over and rapid approvals trust in Janssen I am the director of Forged Development & we have been doing work for Janssen for a long time now & its only ever gotten better they trust there customers that's something you don't get from any insurance company

S.I have just got off the phone with Dylan a representative of Janssen Insurance who I have called in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. He has answered all of my queries with a very clear comprehension of what policy expectations are. As well as reassuring me regarding expectations around servicing schedule during the Covid-19 pandemic with Auckland coming down alert levels. I am very pleased with his service and knowledge on the products/ services they offer. He is an asset for Janssen Insurance and I would consider utilizing Janssen again in the future for future vehicles.

B.First time having to use my insurance company. I had an accident second week of level 4 lockdown 2.0 on my way to work and as soon as i rung Janssen, i was transferred through to Kellyanne. She made the process absolutely pain-free. i didnt have to worry about anything. She kept in constant contact and answered all my queries. I managed to find a repairer during level 4 and Kellyanne worked with them to get the car to them.

D.Purchased Mechanical Breakdown Policy (Elite European cover) from Janssen as part of used car purchase. Janssen handled my subsequent claim for fault in car (emissions control system) promptly and professionally. After my initial call to Janssen to get a claim number all the arrangements happened between the repair shop and Janssen. So the process was easy and there was no chasing up or long waits on hold.

C.Janssen insurance is fantastic. I recently purchased a new car that came with an insurance package from Janssen and while driving it back from Auckland it had a pretty bad leak. Tina was so helpful and got onto it straight away. The work was done to fix it as quickly as possible and I believe this wouldn’t have been so efficient if it wasn’t for Tina. She is the perfect face for your company as I have never had more pleasant dealings as this with any insurance company. I hope Tina will be there a long time.

R.They did jump on top of it straight away which was good...but...they deal with a mechanic that doesn't offer courtesy car so that's not good especially when I have been without a car for 4 weeks...and.... upset that the policy was only for 3k when the mechanical issue was 8.5k. Having insurance and still having to fit the bill? Why can't the insurance be higher than 3k??? That's confusing for me????
A.We have a Mechanical Insurance with Janssen. They are very cooperative and prompt to fix mechanical faults.
N.Janssens helped us when our late model fully serviced Volvo crapped itself. Very good to deal with and extremely lucky to have had a mechanical policy to cover most of the $15k (gulp) repair bill. Thanks!
R.Thankful I had mechanical breakdown insurance for a claim limitation of $10k. I needed an engine replaced no thanks to my service centre.
Tina has been super helpful even though her hands are tied and the manager was helpful.
If you are buying second hand from a motor dealer, def attach it. It’s good otherwise I’d be out of pocket by 10k plus. The only hope that I hope they do alter is the claim approval vs claim submitted timing. I rented a vehicle for 6 weeks as over the Christmas period. I will only get reimbursed the left over of $350.
Having a care package of $2k and a claim limitation of $10k means nothing if the claim needs the $10k.
You are left without having any care package as the limitation is $10k not $12k.
v.I have claimed for front bumper damage. They are awesome it was processed within a day. They are fast and understand our situation.

Her instructions were clear and precise. Overall, I would recommend this company to others because they were professional and friendly.

B.I bought a 10 yr old AWD vehicle for towing our caravan, but when towing up a steep gravel, the AWD didn't AWD. I phoned Janssens and their only questions were if the car had been serviced and the weight of the caravan. The local dealer identified a stripped gear spline and the $3200 job was done with no issues. Very pleased I took out Janssens cover when I bought the car.

J.Claim has been accepted successfully. But I needed to prove that I managed the car for the past. Fortunately, I was keeping some invoices regarding transmission oil replacement and WOF. It took more than 1 month to repair my car, but everything is working fine now.
