Jatinder is really good for home loans. We got our home loan approved in two days with no conditions. We high recommend him! We were first home buyers so we had so many questions, we called him multiple times with different silly questions and he had so much patience that he would answer our call right away.

Rakesh is a knowledge bank, who guided us through the entire process and helped us secure a loan for a property that we just fell in love with! I am so happy to share my experience here, the journey started in mid 2020 when I found Kiwi Mortgages in online while searching randomly for a mortgage advisor to start our house buying process and I made contact with Era. She has initially assessed our situation and advised to save for 6 months and exactly after 6 months she followed up and I hope she found we are serious about this process and she further advised for more savings because the prices keep jumping and we were not compromising on what type of house we want. And from then we were in touch once in 3 months and finally we got our first pre approval in November 2021.
