My wife and I were really pleased with the professional approach, in depth knowledge and the great service from both staff at Kris Pedersen Mortgages we engaged with - Ryan Smuts initially, and then followed by Eddy Cheok. This exercise involved a financial restructuring of five loans and two mortgages, and a change of bank. Great work / support from both these guys. I rang Chris Peterson mortgages because the mortgage broker I have used for some years gave me the impression that he was to busy and even suggested that I wait for a few months to see what and how the new government legislations will effect the housing market. Of course I don't like to be told to hold off especially when I had a prize property on hand. So I hung up and got on the phone to Kris Peterson and the rest is history. In a matter of only a couple weeks we had the ball rolling and we were out sourcing the lending market. The broker they assigned to my case was fast efficient confident and also very friendly. A pleasure to work with. He secured the finance I required I purchased the property and I and my family are very happy. Can’t speak highly enough of these guys. After being turned away from a different company because our case was too much effort, a family member got us in touch with KPM. Ryan was straight up with the hurdles we’d need to overcome, but was willing to go the extra mile to get us a chance of owing our first home.
