Linda has a professional friendly manner and it was a pleasure to work with her. She knows the loan market well, kept me updated and always responded when I had questions. Linda secured me a loan that I am very happy with, her services were invaluable. I would definitely recommend Linda and will use her again.

Linda is pretty much part of the family at this point. Her knowledge is priceless and she's set us up really well with rates and repayment solutions that are specific to our goals. So much so that we were able to purchase somewhat of a dream property within 7 years of becoming first home buyers. Always getting us great results and going above and beyond, first port of call for anything finance/mortgage. Worth her weight in gold, can't speak highly enough of her and her team, always the first person I reccomend when it comes to mortgage advisers.

Linda is easily one of the best Mortgage brokers/ advisors in Auckland and likely New Zealand. She has worked with many of our clients and they have all sung her praises. Linda works timelessly for each and every one of her clients giving expert advice. You know you are in safe hands and could not recommend her more highly.

Linda has arranged multiple mortgages for us now - each one was carefully structured to meet our needs. Communication is timely and accurate. She obviously puts a lot of effort into getting the best deal with the lenders that meets our needs. Highly recommended.

Meeting Linda was one of the BEST decisions of my life. I had sold my property and needed finance to buy the next. Linda took all the stress of applying for finance out of my hands. The first call to Linda was me asking what I needed to do to buy my first house. My most recent call with Linda was her congratulating me on the settlement of my first house - something I wouldn't have been able to do without Linda's help. Linda is extremely good at what she does and knows what she is doing. Not only will she give you great finical advice but she do all the hard yards for you and get the best result. Buying my first house, at this stage, was something I didn't think would be possible but with the amazing help from Linda it is now a reality. For all of my finical needs in the future Linda will be the first, and only, person I talk too. 5 stars

It is not common for me to write reviews but I cannot speak highly enough of Linda. Perviously let down by another mortgage broker I have given up on buying the house I have set my eyes on at auction. Then Linda was recommended to me! Being pushed for time Linda guided me through the process and communicated regularly. If she said she will call at the end of the business day, she will. If she said the bank should get back to us by day 3, she normally had the result by day 2. It was a stressful time but all worth it, without Linda I would not be living in my dream home today!
