We got introduced to Hamish at an open home we attended. At the time we had spoken to a few other mortgage brokers and weren't optimistic. But the team at Mortgage Online made the process of us getting approved to buying our first home hassle free. We worked closely with Gail who is amazing at what she does. She is always available and extremely helpful. We initially had a very short period to try get approved. Gail took on the challenge and made it happen. Undoubtedly will work with them ongoing. Hamish and Gail helped us through the complicated and nerve-wracking experience of buying land and to built on it for our first home just over seven years ago.
