Partners Life Is by far the best insurance company i have experienced to date. Quick to respond and pay claims all whilst making the whole process pain free. Shopping around for the right cover can be a painful exercise but after discovering Partners Life i knew no other company could come close to what they offer in service and products. On the worst day of your life the last thing you want to be worrying about is paper work for insurance. Having my financial advisor to take care of all that and also bring a personalised, empathetic and caring approach to the situation is something i never thought was possible when it came to the insurance world. 100% would not recommend any other company to go with for your personal insurance other than them. A few other insurance companies could take many a lessons from them!!!

If I could I would give Partners life a 100 star. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in the 1st lock down last year. The staff that I have dealt with during my cancer treatment have been very professional, helpful, sympathetic and hardworking. I was also paid my trauma cover even before my breast surgery. This was done within 2 weeks of finding out the diagnose. I really don't know how I would have managed if I didn't have medical cover. All my claims starting from my Mammogram, Biopsy, surgeries, administration to private hospital, Chemo and radiation and on going medications were approved and paid very quickly. Whenever I have emailed Partners Life, they have given me an excellent service. In saying that Last week I got my tooth extracted. As I needed clearance before a infusion in April. My claim was approved in 1 day and it was a full cover of $1600. The staff I spoke to understood my request and directed it to the claims officer in charge. I would recommend each and everyone to take a policy from Partners life. I have heard stories from other women who were not so fortunate during the level 4 lock down. As they were not able to get treatment during the lock down period. Great company and Awesome staff. Well done Claims team @ Partners Life.

Have had all my clients claims approved and the payments for trauma claims are very fast . I had my clients paid out a full claim for a Heart attack within 10 days.

I have been with Partners Life for several years now and have found their service excellent. The staff are helpful and very approachable when going through sometimes a very difficult situation. Would highly recommend them.

Have my insurance through this company. Have had a couple of claims and they've been great. A friend of mine had a car accident recently and was also insured with them. He said they were amazing and he got a payout way more than he thought he was entitled to. Apparently the additional benefits in his policy enabled him to get the enhanced payout. Glad I'm with them.

Partners Life is a Great NZ Owned Insurance Company. I am an Insurance Adviser and I have my own Cover with them. They have been FANTASTIC to deal with, with my own claims, and for each and every claim of our clients. They have very comprehensive products which generally means more opportunity to claim. To all those who have had a negative experience with Partners Life I would say that mishaps do happen of course and it is sad that you have had a bad experience, but I can say for a certainty that if you get decent advice from a diligent Insurance Adviser up front, you will have a nice experience with this company.

*** I must admit that PL have stepped up their game and much more promptly than I have updated my review. The claim form has been adjusted. My apologies for taking this long to update my gripe as below. Comparing the claims procedure with Southern Cross where I was for years I can say that PL is horrible to deal with. 6 pages for a claim to go visit a specialist where SC would have been one, if any. I have not seen any medical provider affiliated with them either. Very unhappy, wish I had never moved over to PL.
