Our cat Toby was diagnosed with cancer and there was no treatment available to him. He passed a week later. Several phone calls were made to pet n sur . I was always in tears and they were so supportive and understanding. This is the second time we have gone through this with them and the process was so easy and stress free. Our cat had fallen from 2 storeys high when he escaped from a slightly ajar bathroom window on the 3rd floor. We were on the free insurance that came with our kitten and Pet-n-Sur provided a hassle free claim process and had even followed up with enquiries on how our kitten is doing. I would thoroughly recommend this insurance company for anyone's pet. We were very happy to sign up with Pet-n-Sur as they'd provided us with a simple, easy-to-understand Rhodium plan.

I have been with Pet n Sur for roughly 12 years now and I simply cannot speak highly enough of this company. All my claims (& there’s been quite a few!) have been seamless and efficient. Pet N Sur saved my little puppy’s life when she was hit by a car - extensive surgery was needed which cost thousands of dollars, money I didn’t have! The surgery was done, Pet n Sur paid out extremely quickly and Charlie went on to live a very happy, healthy and long life. I highly recommend Pet n Sur!

Our lovely labrador was with our family for14 years And we had him insured with Pet-n-Sur for his life time. Yes he had a few issues and it was comforting to have the insurance to cover these times. We had 8 months with no dog - just got a new puppy to of course another chocolate Lab, so we had no problem deciding what company to use for his insurance.

Pet-n-Sur have been amazing I have been with them for many years with cover for my pets. I recently lost one of my cats and they made it so easy for me to claim for my babies cremation costs they were super kind and caring in my very stressful and upsetting time.

When our little puppy became so sick, it was a great comfort to know that at least some of the vet bills would be covered. This reassurance encouraged us to act quickly, which ultimately saved her life. What more precious help can be given at such a potentially dire time. As a very satisfied client of Pet-n-Sur for 7 years I have no hesitation in recommending them for medical insurance for your pet. Over the years I have found them to be very professional - claims have been paid promptly and I have never regretted the day I took out insurance for my cat with Pet-n-Sur.

Always clear communication and information from this company. We unfortunately have a young cat that has found a way to get into trouble on too many occasions. The only delay with a claim has been when I haven't sent in all the relevant vet notes but payment has always been in the time frame given or sooner. We are very glad to have had pet insurance, even getting back half of what we paid for expensive surgical and medical bills is well worth it -Thank you!

I emailed and asked some queries for which the response was quick and complete. I put through my claim and here too the response was quick. Pet-n-sur are absolutely fantastic, I was worried that my rabbits were too old and they went out of their way and allowed me to insure them, I spoke to the manager Vishal who was awesome and went above and beyond for me and was very kind and considerate. I highly recommend!!

Shortly after acquiring our pup she fractured a ball joint in her leg, requiring surgery and some ongoing care. Pet-n-Sur didn't hesitate to meet the costs. All contact with personnel has been friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend to anyone wishing to insure their pet.

My dog needed cruciate surgery, which is quite expensive. My claim was pre-approved before her surgery, within a couple of hours of my email. This removed a huge amount of stress so I could focus solely on her well-being. After the surgery the claim was approved within 3 days and the claim amount was paid straight to the vet. I am very grateful to Pet n Sur. The claim process was quick, easy and efficient. My dog is doing well.

Pet n Sur did do a good job when paying out on our claim although had I not pointed out a mistake we would have been short paid on the claim $900 was missed off the refund we should have received. Unfortunately we’ve had to make a few claims over the past few years, each time Pet N Sur have been fantastic, the claims process is simple and we have always had our claim accepted really quickly, this really helped when our dog was diagnosed with Cancer. I would highly recommended to anyone.

I would like to recommend Pet-n-Sur for a pet insurance in the event one is required. I have found them professional and supportive and once ALL the relevant documentation is gathered claims reflect the tier purchased, they are paid out, as in our case, within 10 to 14 days.

My breeder has recommended me Pet-n-sur with a 30 day free cover. The employees at Pet-n-sur had amazing service and now with the help of the employee in Pet-n-sur I have managed to set up a full cover for my puppy. I was put onto Pet-n-sur by the adoption agency my cat came from. I was amazed by the professionalism of the person, Hamish, who followed up with me to give me more clear info on their plans while I decided which insurance to take. After looking around I found that Pet-n Sur worked the best for me, and the friendly and responsive customer service was really just the cherry on top. Was a no-brainer for me. Haven't had to claim yet but if my first experience with them is anything to go by i'm confident that me and my fur baby are supported.

Im grateful I had pet insurance when my cat needed surgery. The process was super easy and my claim was processed quite quickly. I would recommend them to others.

Receipt of claims is acknowledged very promptly. Payment of claims is fast. Customer service is outstanding...thank you to Karl, Nua and Kaylash in particular. My only reservation is that premiums are quite high for older dogs and the excess of the claim increases for dogs over 10, which is when you are most likely to need cover of course.

Reasonable cost and quick turnaround for pay outs. It is also possible to get pre-approvals (which.I did for my cats surgery) so long as your vet agrees. Good customer service too.

I was relieved there was a pet insurance [Pet n Sur ] option out there that I had decided to take when buying my boy ALFIE a Ragdoll. I made my first claim after 2 years of sign up. I was so pleased with how easy it was to file a claim and how quickly the claim was processed. All I had to do was send copies of my receipts from our visit to the Vet for Alfie's treatment and I was finished. They have helped me tremendously during time of distress when my cat was sick and I was in a financial difficulties, they offered me pre approved claim and let me paid late. Just had to make my first claim with PetnSur for my chihuahua's surgery and it was so easy! Just filled out a one-page form and sent in her history from her vet and the claim was approved within the week (even with a lockdown in progress!). The whole cost has been covered, minus the excess. I was quite surprised, I made a claim on Monday which related to a number of specialist visits and the money was in the bank by today Friday along with two smaller vaccination claims. Considering it was lockdown level 4, I think that is very impressive, good systems in place. I have always had good experiences with Pet N Sur when claiming.

I’ve had insurance with pet -n -sur for about two years now and I have been quite happy with their service the best part of ensuring your animal with them is they offer a weekly payment option, which other companies don’t. And it’s affordable!

I joined Pet N Sur for my boy Smackie (Staffy) in Jan 2020, in Sep 2020 we found he had a tumor in his eye that could have caused him to loose that eye. However with Pet N Sur we were able to make a decision to have surgery to remove the tumor and save his eye and sight. Pet n sur covered the cost, and we only had to co-paid $150. In Oct 2021, Smackie was again diagnosed unfortunately this time with Lymphoma. Being with Pet n Sur has allowed us the opportunity be able to confirm and start Smackie on a Chemo treatment plan where if we didn't have Pet N sur this would have been a hard decision to make. Pet n sur covered the whole cost to date to the full value of our insurance less our co-pay amount of $150... I couldn't be happier with my decision to be insured with Pet n Sur.

In these difficult times they have given me another option to rather keep my fur baby on an policy than to cancel it due to Financial stress. What an wonderful company to deal with. Thank you Pet-n-Sur. I appreciate you.

The experience with my claim was so easy. My pet has underlining conditions which aren't covered and with that even this new condition is covered and so quick to recieve my pay out. Keep up the great work PET-N-SUR .

I have had my furry babies insured for almost 10 years now and can only sing the highest of praises of Pet-n-Sur. The staff are friendly and professional. They show genuine empathy and compassion for your animals, you are never treated as just a number/client. The Team at Pet-n-Sur have been very helpful in organizing my dog Shermans claim. They advise you on the best way to place a claim so you get the best out of it. A word of advice for anyone with pet insurance is to make sure you can get a copy of your dogs medical notes easily off your vet and you keep a record of your dogs vaccinations, finally make sure you go to the vet for a annual check up. Do all these things and your claim will go smoothly. Do your part and the policy wording will take care of the rest. Sherman is much better now and I’m thankful I have insurance for him.

Got policies that go down to covering basics like vaccinations. Would be good to be able to get prior approval for the big items as finding money first isn't always easy. .

Our dog Buddy was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease just before the Lockdown 2020. Pet-N-Sur has been absolutely amazing taking care of our boy's vet bills. We are so grateful for all the help over the phone/email I have received. Buddy also gets seizures every now and then and requires expensive After Hours Vet visits. Pet-n-Sure has also covered all the costs. Buddy also had a small surgery and lameness in his leg for a couple of months that required many vet visits, x-rays and medications and Pet-n-Sur covered that vets bill as well. I very very highly recommend Pet-n-Sur. I am very please to have our dog Buddy and our cat Meow Meow insured with Pet-n-Sur.

Really happy with my experience with Pet-n-Sur so far. My cat had an eye infection which meant more than 1 quite costly trip the vet. My claim was processed quickly and the money was back in my account not long after.

UPDATE 1 week later. 2 staff members have been fantastic since I posted this, being in regular communication resolving my concerns. Can report that an amicable and mutual resolution has been reached. My thanks to the 2 staff members involved. Claim procedure has been explained and clarification gained. ORIGINAL REVIEW Advised policy would cover a pre existing condition. Trying to get money back under a claim is ridiculous with every claim being returned for one reason or another. Tried to cancel the policy after a month in and was told to wait out the 12 months.

Have three beautiful pets insured with Pet-n-sur now. Have always been friendly to talk to over the phone. Recently had a claim settled all via email they made it so easy and would highly recommend.

They were very supportive when my cat Noodle was euthanized last Christmas and canceled the policy immediately. I dont know how I would have managed without Pet-n-Sur for my other cat Sammy. I have made many claims and I am very satisfied with the outcomes. I have looked at other companies and they don't stack up nearly as well. Sammy is covered for the rest of his life. I am elderly and on super only. Its a relief to know that Sammy will be so well cared for.

I've been with Pet-n-Sur ever since I got my first dog Silvia, 3 years+ now. With a bit of patience and perseverance, they've helped me insure my way through all the unfortunate medical illnesses my dog has been having. Kudos

This is my 2nd year with pet-n-sur last year after my kitten got attacked by a dog and passed away they were great and paid what was set out on the policy. This year I paid a premium in full for my other cat but twice now they have taken out that same amount (direct debit) they refund the first time but I'm still waiting for them to call back for this months un-arranged direct debit. Other then their systems messing up they are great :-).

Pet n Sur is always so helpful when it comes to signing up to claiming. My Tigger had a bad accident with other dog, not only this was stress on our family emotionally but also financially. The claims process was super easy, only took a week or so for my reimbursement to be approved, which they paid to the vet direct. I have been with pet-n-sur for a numbers of years as have a Rottweiler who is 9 and a half. Dakota has had issues that relate to large breed dogs and I have always found pet-n-sur to be professional and extremely fast and efficient responding to my claims.

One claim so far, no questions asked just paid out. So far so good. Bit gutted they go from this cover $35pm to surgical only $20pm no in between which would be amazing (example) $25-30 for less cover but still covers very costs, not just surgical. My other cat is with Southern cross because I get the in between cover but pet n sur has been great so far.

Any claims are processed quickly and hassle free and I have had a payout (full or partial) on every claim without exception. Always grateful to recoup any of the expenses I had, even if not in full. We've had Pet-n-Sur since our Auggie was 6mos old, he's now 12 1/2. The past 3 years have been hard on him & us because 1)He went blind & we don't know the cause except for SARDS 2) His back legs are wonky 3) Liver issues and finally he has 4) Dementia. The team at Pet-n-Sur has ALWAYS been helpful & communicative. I've never had a problem with submitting my insurance forms and getting paid. Except for the rates going up as we expected due to do his age, they've always been there for us. Well done Pet-n-Sur!

PetnSur - have been great to deal with. Have had my pet insured since I got him. Recently my baby had bad CCL and PetnSur went above and beyond to facilitate getting the best care for my pet. It was very stressful for us but petnsur were just great. Thank you. I would recommend having pet insurance through them.

Petnsur have always been so helpful, from signing up to claiming, early this year my Angel was hit by a car, we took her to the emergency vets but sadly she passed away. Petnsur called me back within a hour or so, talked me through the claims process, I was able to reimburse a majority of my bill including the cremation of my Angel, thank you again Petnsur for making a hard time easier for me

Pet N Sure have looked after our two Dutch Rabbits, Castle and Becket for over 4.5 years and continue to ensure that we can give them the best vet care possible. Castle recently suffered from blocked tear duct and was referred to Exotic Vets who looked after him. The team at Pet N Sur are always on hand to help, We would not be without them and would recommend them to all.

These guys know what they doing. I have 2 English Bull Terriers insured with them, so far these guys are good in their service. Follow ups are good. We only claimed once so far, easy process.

Amazing service! Our fur child foxy has really benefited. Started develop lumps all over his body which some required surgical removal. The whole process with the vet and getting recompensated from Pet n Sur was very painless! Recommend pet n Sur to anybody who loves their fur child and wants them to be around for a while. Very affordable too!

Fantastic company to deal with, I've never had pet insurance before but after owning quite a few animals and having one that I had to make the sad decision to put down after having been hit by a car because I couldn't afford the expensive surgery made me decide to get it this time around and so far its been the best decision I had made my pedigree Maine Coon cat Snowy is now 14 months old and has had multiple health related problems that needed extensive specialist investigations done including blood tests, xrays, echo cardiogram, and other tests which has cost well over $1000 so far, having Pet N Sur has really taken the worry out of things I have made two claims this year and both have been accepted without any issues and I am a happy client and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Just would like to thank PetnSur for their help with our pet Ruby. Ruby was hit by a car last month and she was in so much pain.Our vet dealt with them directly. Ruby is now healing however it was expensive but was able to claim it back with them.

Fortunately haven't required to claim yet (touch wood) but their customer service has been exceptionally good

My experience has been really good because I read the policy and am aware of what is / isn't covered. The negative reviews are concerning, especially if the policy wordings have changed without customers being notified.....
