I was introduced to Stuart about 7 years ago through a mutual friend. I highly recommend Real Mortgages. Stuart has helped my husband and I a number of times, both with re-financing and buying our new home a few months ago whilst I was heavily pregnant. I can honestly say he makes buying a home very simple, gives super fast responses on approvals and offers great honest up to date advice. What a pleasure it was dealing with Stuart Hawes of Real Mortgages Limited. My own bank would not let my new husband and I refinance the property I had owned for 20 years with a small top up as my husband had just emerged from bankruptcy. Stuart has managed my wife's and my private and business mortgages for well over a decade now and we will continue to consult with him for the forseeable future. Our shared history means he understands our banking needs (unlike the bank which changes our account manager every 6 months), is always quick to act when we need it, sorts issues with the minimum of fuss, and always seems to get us the best deal going. Plus I just enjoy our semi-regular chats about everything and anything!

We found the advice and service we got from Real Mortgages to be incredibly valuable on both occasions when we bought property, as well as when we refinanced our current property earlier this year. On each occasion the process would have been extremely daunting and no doubt a great deal more difficult without the excellent service we received from Real Mortgages. They were able to simplify the procress and answer all our questions along the way as well as obtaining mortgage offers from various banks and negotiating a mortgage from our preferred bank on very favourable terms. The four free property reports are very helpful and a great addition to the service. We wouldn't dream of buying a property or arranging a mortgage without containg Real Mortgages first for the excellent advice and service they provide.
