Sanjeev is great at what he does. He had several meetings with us throughout our time house hunting and always worked around our busy schedules. Outstanding service second to none!!! We were second home byers, we decided to use a morgage broker this time around rather than navigating the banks ourselves we contacted a broker who was we lets say incompetent, we had given up hope after being tured down due to what they said was new government legislation, when a relaste agent recommended 😇 sajeev, he guided us through the whole process (correctly) in easy-to-understand steps, he had no problem explaining things even tho he had already done so he reassured us gave us updates, negotiated with the Bank's on our behalf (which you think would be the normal job of a broker but from our first experience I can assure you this is not a given) and even managed to have eveything done with a very short deadline. We were an out of the box application as we we're purchasing our property jointly with my mother and owe income is not regular yet again not a problem for sanjeev and his team. I recommend sajeev and his team 100% and can assure you if he can't get you a mortgage no one can I say give him a call now don't wait just do it 🙂
