B.As relatively new business owners and just having started a family, Matt was able to assess our insurance needs, explain why our then-current insurance was not covering nearly as much as we thought it was and then provide updated solutions that were tailored to us and our current situation. He was able to work within our budget and came up with various options for us to consider. We are now paying a very similar amount to what we were previously, are saving a lot more on our ACC bills and are using those savings to pay for insurance that really covers our specific needs to a lot higher level of cover. z.I was put into contact with Matt, who right from the start was friendly and easy to deal with. He quickly got all the details he needed over the phone, put everything together and came to meet me to present everything. It was all presented in an easy to follow format, perfectly explained with all possible options presented. Matt never forced me into any options but explained each one and why he recommends certain options over another for MY specific situation.
