By far my favourate insurance broker! I have already started recommending them all over my friends and I promise if you give them a chance, you won’t be let down. The service is excellent and professional, and designed to be customised based on your personal needs. The staff there is always friendly and responsive, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Megan is our advisor, who shows didication and commitment all the way. As we have already got an existing Company’s basic cover, we need something customised to our needs. Unlike any other advisors, Megan shows patience to hear us out and help us get a cover that fully tops up our existing cover at minimum cost. We enourage every NZer should at least get some kind of health insurance cover. Medicial bills could be enormous financial burden for most families, especially during health risk crisis. Getting a cover means when discharged from hospital you won’t have a gap. Instead of the whole bill, the small amount of excess is all you need to worry. It will be extremely helpful when overcoming surgery etc.

I like their analysis about health insurance of different carriers, I think I get what I want exactly thanks to them. I am also surprised that they sell mechanical insurance. I don't need it but my friends like it. The only thing I suggest them to improve is to get online payment service, which will be super convenient now.
