We engaged with Wayne & Karen to purchase our first home and the experience with them both was seamless. Both are incredibly well connected with all of the major banks, maintained informative and timely communication, supported us through recommendation and engaging with another lawyer (the lawyer we initially had was lack lustre at best) and we could not fault their professionalism. Through a process that is usually quite stressful especially with the current housing market, we felt like both Wayne & Karen did all the behind the scenes work necessary to get us across the line in terms of pre approval and then follow up with fantastic options for mortgage terms and rates. I would not hesitate in recommending Wayne Henry Mortgages, thanks again team!

I have known Wayne for several years and when I was looking into refinancing, I originally expected the distance between us – Somewhat of 480 + km would be too large for this process to be seamless.
