A.Sonya was absolutely fantastic to work with — friendly, supportive, patient and always ensured I understood the next steps in the construction loan process. She has very strong relationships with the banks and is an expert with construction mortgages. Sonya put in a tonne of work coordinating between me, the bank and the building company to get our loan across the line. Working full time with kids, I could not have done this on my own.
