My wife (fiance at the time) and I found the my mortgage company very helpful to use during our process of buying our first house. From prompt replies to check up calls, all queries were met with courteous, friendly advice we would highly recommend using them.
Greg Wallace from the very first meeting was extremely helpful, knew his stuff really well, gave us great advice, and it seemed like he's been in the business for easily long enough to be good at it. He answered our many questions patiently and made the whole process go smoothly. He talked us through the process and dealt very well with a bit of stress on our part, getting us to settlement date in what was an extremely crazy time for the house market, which we're grateful for.
Much appreciate the help from Greg and the my mortgage team, and highly recommend the use of them for purchasing a house.

s.My mortgage was such a pleasure to work with! They were really responsive and made the process of buying a house extremely easy, especially in our case as First Home Buyers, although I would recommend them to any buyers. We were specifically working with Amber as our mortgage advisor, she is very knowledgeable about the process as well as easy to talk too, and if she was away we had an equally capable member of the team to take over.
We did everything remotely as we were not in the same island as our mortgage advisor but that made zero difference to the process.
We are extremely happy with our purchase and couldn't express our gratitude enough.
