We would like to thank both Scott and Shane for their assistance in purchasing our first home. It is no wonder these guys have 100% five star reviews. Both Andrew and I commented on the step by step emails being very helpful so you could see where you were in the process. Scott went above and beyond. He was very responsive on the phone and by email. Both Scott and Shane would meet with us after work which made things easy for us and explained things in ways which were easy for us to understand. We had no idea what we were doing as this is all new to us! We would highly, highly recommend going through AMS if you are looking to purchase your first home as going through a broker makes the process so much less stressful than if you were to do it on your own. Merry Christmas to you both and thank you for all you've done and what you continue to do. We so appreciate it and we are so pleased to be homeowners spending the rest of our lives together (thanks Scott for not telling!)

Scott and Shane were absolutely amazing. Having newly arrived in New Zealand we had very little knowledge about the process here which is quite different from North America. Their detailed service allowed us to figure out what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. Any questions we had were answered very quickly by phone or email.
