Dawn was absolutely fantastic in helping us obtain our mortgage. She was incredibly patient and flexible as we were unsuccessful in getting a couple of other properties before finally getting our home. Also as someone unfamiliar with some of the NZ market workings I appreciated her advice and guidance. Would recommend wholeheartedly

Im a first home buyer and know nothing about buying a house. But Dawn was very professional she guided me from start to end ,we struggle a little bit but dawn was on to it, she have fought our issue about our remittances. She's highly recommended. Thank you so much Dawn..all the best!

We’ve been working with Dawn since February around our first home loan and can honestly say she is absolutely fantastic. We have been very happy in the service provided by Dawn. She helped us through a complicated process. We were unsuccessful with trying to buy a house before contacting Dawn, but with her help we are now first homeowners. Luckily a coworker recommended her to us.

Dawn was very helpful and responsive. She gave me some great advice and tips as a first home buyer. My only fault is that when selling me the ASB fixed loan agreement I was told I could increase my repayments by up to $500 per fortnight (my assumption was that this could be increased and reduced as I desired). Unfortunately my assumption was incorrect and Dawn failed to explain to me that the repayments could not be decreased. An oversight on my behalf too for not reading the fine print, but that is why I went to a broker in the first place!

Dawn is lovely and willing to work with you no matter how much (or how little) your situation changes. She has fantastic communication, often calling us virtually seconds after hearing back from the bank, and is willing to go the extra mile for you.
