B.The girls worked very hard for us to get finance and gave us tips along the way to help our chances. We managed to find a place privately and they sorted all the mortgage without a single hiccup. Highly recommend - they are all friendly, quick to respond to any queries etc and certainly know their stuff!

D.I contacted the Mortgage Girls after a terrible experience with one of the "big" franchises here in CHCH. Elyce managed to get a refinance on an interest only loan for an investment property after my bank said they wouldnt do it. She sorted that in a week where the other party could not sort it in months. That got me confident they would be able to get me a good deal and plenty of options for my next residential home (pre covid). Well the market changed suddenly and Elyce found option after option to help me be competitive at auction , clearly stating what needed to be sorted. I failed at an auction but they still helped me with my next attempts and found a bank that would lend for another attempt at a higher level. I had hundreds of emails with Elyce and Holly over an 18 month period and they got me a new bank and I finally got a new house off market but the hard work had already been done behind the scenes by these fantastic ladies who never gave up and kept exploring options. I even got an email about 9pm one night saying the rates are about to change and Holly locked in a ridiculous low rate that night before things changed the next day.
The service and communication of the Mortgage Girls is the best I have ever had. I have bought 5 properties in Oz and NZ over the years and the level this company goes to is so far above anything I have experienced.
I will be going back to the Mortgage Girls for any future property purchases as even if you are with a bank they can help negotiate a better deal as I found out with my first experience.

O.What an amazing group of women! Elyce was phenomenal in getting our mortgage sorted for our new home, even with a couple of hurdles along the way. Excellent communication the whole way through and a great system for uploading documents etc. Elyce even helped to sort our existing mortgage aswell to get a great rate. Laura from the team also organised our house and contents insurance. Fully recommend the Mortgage Girls for anyone looking to get a mortgage.

M.We recently bought a house in this current crazy market. We werent the easiest of buyers to deal with either, chopping and changing our minds, switching between new builds and existing houses to lifestyle blocks and back again! None of this was ever too much of a problem for Elyse and the mortgage girls however as they were always on the ball getting us pre-approved every step of the way for more than we could have imagined and always in a very timely manner! Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a mortgage!
