Roma's service was great and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to learn more about KiwiSaver. Sometimes we think it's easier to just stick with what we know, when actually we're missing out on some really important benefits. If it weren't for Roma and IKONIK, I wouldn't have known. The process of switching providers was also super easy thanks to Roma - ideal for busy professionals.

Thank you Roma for educating my husband and I on kiwisaver. Ive been with kiwisaver since 2008 and never quite understood how it worked. Roma broke everything down and has put us on the right path too ensure we get the best for our money. As for insurance she definitely went over and above to ensure our policies suited our current situation and budget. Romas bubby personality and professional attitude to her mahi made the whole process smooth and enjoyable

I first met Roma from IKONIK at one of their stalls they had at my M.I.T. orientation. Since then I have changed my kiwi-saver provider with one that is more profitable for my investments and also suits me. I have also changed my Life insurance provider for similar reasons benefiting me and my families future and I don't regret any choices I have made so far. Roma has been kind, caring, polite and very approachable and a very beneficial informant on my end in all the meetings we have had. I can say she is a genuine human being and we need more helpful people like her in every industry or just in the world in general. Thanks to Ikonik I've been able to easily claim my insurance and receive treatment very quickly which stopped me from going blind in 1 eye. Their communication is great, as is their knowledge and the manner in which they handle themselves and their clients. Its always about what is best for the client. Dealing with Roma from Ikonik was one of the easiest & best things I've ever done. I had my life insurance reviewed & found I had been paying a major bank $140 a month, for 17 years and was only partially covered for 10 illnesses. This in turn affected my death cover payment for my family. To say I was shocked was an understatement. Roma provided me with a comprehensive list of alternative providers, whose policies were in plain English and everyone knows what's going on, so we have that peace of mind now. In addition, I also had my Kiwisaver reviewed and again, a much needed change was made to a far better provider than my bank. I can easily track my savings, the administration fees aren't onerous and I finally understand how it works. Roma made time, in and around my busy schedule, including offering to meet with me on the weekends. I HIGHLY recommend Roma & Ikonik to anyone looking to get their insurance & Kiwisaver affairs, in order.

Yas had somehow open up a better option when it comes to the kiwi saver provider and showed me how it works. Hopefully I can benefit more by switching to a different kiwi saver provider. I still have to feel the impact once I will be working.
