Josh helped me switch health insurance providers. He was very diligent and ensured I would have the right cover for my situation as well as getting a good deal. Josh was very helpful and patient with all the back and forth with the insurers.

After buying our first home together we needed to set up our insurances and the whole idea was extremely daunting. We had no idea what we actually needed or how the different insurance pieces fit together, and we were on a pretty tight budget. We needed somebody we could trust and Josh was recommended by multiple people. Josh made the whole process SO easy. He used plain English to ensure we understood what we were covered for and what we were not, and he came up with a plan that made us feel secure and comfortable. Josh is very committed to ensuring his clients are happy with the end result, and even went above and beyond with meeting out of office times and making house calls. There were a few hurdles to jump in terms of getting us the cover we need, but Josh was great at navigating this to get the result. We can't recommend Josh enough!
