A.We cannot recommend Amy highly enough. As we write this review we are sitting in our dream family home and it was Amy that has made it all possible for us, we are so thankful that we were able to work with someone who was truly invested in our goals and success and had had all the knowledge and enthusiasm to get us there.
We initially went to see Amy to query if we could extend out mortgage to cover the install of double glazing in our first home. She was happy to do this but was also able to see the bigger picture and was always able to think a few steps ahead and give us options we hadn’t even thought possible. So in the end Amy was able to secure funding for a full renovation on our first home and when we ultimately decided to sell she then helped us through the process of getting a mortgage for our new house.
Right from our first meeting Amy was approachable, sincere and enthusiastic about helping us to achieve a great result. We loved that she was able to guide us through all the financial and technical aspects of our journey but that she never lost sight of the fact that there were real people at the heart of every decision.
Throughout the process Amy explained and discussed all available options with us but always assured us that the final decision was up to us. Amy’s experience and knowledge was invaluable and she was able to recommend reliable and experienced professionals whenever outside help was needed - we nicknamed them the Amy community - and all of the people she recommended were fantastic.
Amy was in regular contact throughout the process and always happy to give updates, discuss options and answer any of our questions in terms that we could easily understand. We look forward to working with Amy for a long time to come as she continues to look after our mortgage.
Amy certainly helped us with her financial wizardry, but what she has really done is taken care of our family and helped make a better life for us and our kids. Thanks Amy!

V.Liam is amazing! My partner and I call him a miracle worker. Last year he helped us secure a home loan after a lot of hurdles to get us across the line. Where we were almost at the point of giving up, Liam kept us going and worked so hard to get us into our very own home. Most recently he helped us top up to get new vehicles. With all the new lending rules my partner and I did not think we would get accepted but lo and behold Liam worked his magic once again and was successful in helping us! Can not recommend Liam highly enough.

E.Why go to Bree at Mortgage Link? Bree is a perfect-plus mortgage broker. She has expert knowledge and is proactive, reliable and an exceptionally skilled collaborator. I first met Bree as my banking consultant at Westpac when my financial situation was not straightforward. She suggested creative solutions which I did not even know were possible. 'No' and 'can't' are not part of Bree's vocabulary.
I have, and will continue to recommend Bree to my friends, family and colleagues. The essence of Bree can be measured by the fact that most of her clients also become lifelong personal friends. You would be lucky to have Bree as your personal mortgage broker.
