Melissa and her team are amazing!! I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they put into helping me achieve my goals and getting me through a messy situation.. I can now go forward and be happy!! The customer service is outstanding and the time frame it took to get everything sorted is a credit to her and the staff at MortgageMe!! I would highly recommend these guys to everyone if you want a stress free experience and not have to deal with the banks directly as it can be a hard drawn out process and sleepless nights!!! Daryl Taylor and everyone else we have worked with at Mortgage over the last few years have been excellent. I have found them an excellent source of clear non-judgemental information. We have worked several mortgages of different types through these guys and nothing has ever been a problem. I would certainly recommend these guys and I often do to friends and colleagues.

We went with Melissa to buy our second home. She was very professional, efficient, patient, and effective. We put offers on many homes over the period of a few months and I would hate to think how much time she spent working on bank approvals for us. We will be using her again in the future.

The world of mortgages is a complex business but with the help of Daryl and Becky it was a breeze. They stay connected regularly, give quality advice, and have a wealth of knowledge. They also secure fantastic deals with the banks that you cannot achieve alone, all at no charge. Without hesitation we will be using them again and so should you, you wont regret it!

We had been planning our first home purchase for 18 months. In that time we had approached 3 mortgage advisors, none of which we felt we connected with nor were providing the best service and were ready to go to the bank directly. Then we approached MortgageMe and it was absolutely the right decision. Every first home buyer has concerns, stressors and questions and at every one of those Daryl and Stacey were there for us. We felt at ease and at every step we knew that we were in good hands. Daryl is very knowledgeable and everything he advised or predicted was correct with our situation. We went through Daryl when using Mortgage me, the service made the process of buying our first home a lot easier. They took control of this part of the process having several banks offer us a mortgage so that we had options. We went through two pre-approval processes, Daryl and his assistant Stacey made both of these situations a lot easier, meaning we didn't have to organise and focus on other things that we had to get in order. We had two pre-approvals literally back to back, both were put through quickly, as there was a rush for both of them we were grateful for this, both Daryl and Stacey were both friendly and efficient. They made us feel comfortable throughout all of the process from the start until the end.

Daryl and the team are incredibly helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. We tried twice to buy a house using a different broker to no avail. We later went to see Daryl at Mortgageme and everything just fell in to place. Once we made an offer on a house, we only had 8 days to get everything sorted (normally it’s 10 days, but this was just before Christmas) but this was not a problem as Daryl and the team were incredibly responsive and proactive, and did a great job collaborating with all the different parties involved. I would (and frequently do) recommend Mortgageme to everyone who is looking to buy or refinance.

After being recommended MortgageMe by a friend, Melissa and Stacey were fantastic to deal with for purchasing our first home. They were always quick to answer our questions throughout the buying process, ran though the various options and how we can optimize our repayments, and when trouble struck with the bank the day before settlement they went above and beyond to ensure it was resolved for us. Daryl helped us to arrange both the mortgage on our first home as well as our life insurance, and he was incredible. Fantastic service! Melissa worked VERY quickly - in a few days we had a a pre approval set up and ready to go. She helped us to get ourselves into an unconditional position, something that we were unable to do directly with our bank. The final mortgage was very competitive. In addition, Melissa was welcoming and friendly throughout the process and answered all our questions efficiently (as first time buyers - we had a lot of questions!). We felt confident having her to explain everything to us. We were incredible impressed with the speed in which Melissa operated and would recommend her to anyone.

Melissa made the entire process of getting a mortgage as quick and easy as possible. All we had to do was show up for a couple of meetings and sign some paperwork. She is a great listener and helped us find the best structure and rate in next to no time. Unlike other experiences we've had, even after she had our business she was in constant contact by email, taking care of all the small details as they arose, so we could get on with settling into the house with minimal hassle. Although she is very efficient, we never felt rushed, and she was very accommodating of us bringing 2 preschoolers to the office meetings. Her knowledge of the area is clearly comprehensive and we will certainly use her company in future.
