Chris Vollebregt was excellent to do business with; we meet during COVID via Zoom where he explained the process to me. I can't recommend Priority Home Loans enough, they always go above and beyond what is required, and are very professional. Katherine and team helped me with my recent marriage settlement asset financing, and despite the lawyers doing their best to make it difficult and drawn out, Priority Home Loan's got everything done on time and with great responsiveness to a couple of urgent situations. They also got an excellent interest rate from the bank which was a great help. Could not be happier with their services! When I first decided to buy a house a friend of mine recommended to talk to Chris to assess my situation. I really loved his honesty and no nonsense approach (to the point where he explained to me why I should not be getting one of the houses that I initially liked - looking back, it stopped me from making a big mistake and saved money and headache in a long run).
