I would like to thank Jordan and his team for providing such a prompt, thorough an friendly service. Jordan and his team have been excellent at guiding us through purchasing our new home. We purchased our first home with their help in 2018 and found the experience to be much more simple than expected that we have approached them again to help us buy our next home. Jordan, Alex and James were all fantastic to deal with. They made it easy and made sure I understood the process at each stage so I felt confident to proceed at every stage of the purchase. Before trying a broker I found there were some things the banks do not explain very well which leads to feeling like you're trying to knock down a wall with your forehead, whereas Jordan and Alex could explain what arrangements were easiest in a simple and direct manner. By all means if you have a lot of time on your side, try the banks individually but having tried both paths I can recommend these guys.

His team are quick to respond and really easy to deal with. I love that I can upload everything online and know exactly what I need to provide them. Since the application date he has been in regular contact with us about our mortgage application, putting offers on properties and now getting everything sorted for building on our new section. Jordan is super easy to work with and makes the application process really simple - we weren't run of the mill with regards to our variable income (self employed) so this has meant in the past getting "no's" from the bank, But Jordan sorted everything and got our extension approved without a hitch!
