Emma helped Nathan and I through the whole process and she helped to make the process as simple and easy as possible! Our journey was a long one and went round in circles from looking to purchase a house, to land and build options then full circle back to purchasing a house, and it was never a problem for Emma, who consistently provided amazing help, advice and reassurance throughout. Nothing was ever a problem, even when I had a million (probably stupid!) questions. 100% recommend for anyone needing help securing a mortgage.

Going through Amy at DM Consult for our mortgage was the best decision we ever made! Amy was honest and straight with us from the get go with what we would be able to lend and what the requirements were. She was in constant contact with us every step of the way and made a stressful process really easy. She pushed things along with the bank and made sure we met our conditions when needed. We would highly recommend the team at DM Consult for all your mortgage needs.

My wife and I were looking to buy a house and dealing directly with banks was an absolute mission, the hours and availability were very limited, it really just seemed like they didn't want to help us. So I made one call to DM Consult and never looked back, Amy has been extremely helpful, efficient, flexible, has such a pleasant attitude, always manged to put our minds at ease and explain everything along the way(as we had no idea!) and now thanks to her we own our own home! They have really been a shining light amongst what feels like never ending admin! 20/10 would recommend!

We arranged a meeting with Darrin to try and get a house after talking about getting one for a long time but actully never taking that next step due to the "daunting process" . Even tho we didn't have any luck for 6 to 7 months buying a house due to investors going in with extreamly ridiculous offers and getting the house . I first got in touch with Darrin during level 4 lockdown in 2020 to give us some advice on purchasing our first home. After evaluating our finances Darrin was able to recommend the help of a third party to support our home loan application with our current bank. Without this we would not have been able to purchase the amazing first home we moved into in April 2021. Both having very busy jobs it was great to be able to communicate with Darrin primarily through email with any questions or worries we had along the way. Buying your first house is quite a daunting process and we definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of Darrin as our Mortgage Broker.

This was our second time dealing with DM and Emma Hall. Both times Emma has been nothing but awesome, making both buying and remortgaging easy! Thanks again for everything Emma!

Had the most amazing service with DM consults team and Darrin. Before Darrin consultants we spoke to two different banks who we felt were not delivering us the best advice nor were they helpful to us in taking the right steps to purchase a first home so I got on the phone to Darrin and the ball went rolling! In a matter of days we had a pre-approval and Darrin guided us through and with the best possible advice from him so we were able to purchase our home.

Darrin has arranged the finance for 2 property purchases for us. He is always professional in his approach and is very knowledgeable in all areas of finance. My wife I initailly approached the bank for a home loan, but since we didn't have a large deposit they would only allow us to lend a small amount. We were at a lose what to do, so we could buy a decent first home. Friends of ours recommend us to Darrin and we are very glad we approached him. Where the bank was not will to help out Darrin was.
