Chris arranged a seamless exploratory conversation where he was able to expertly assess our situation and tailor a lending solution that perfectly suited our needs. Following that initial meeting, we had frequent and timely communication updating us on the status of our application which was a completely painless experience when compared to dealing with the banks directly.
To top it off, we also got exceptional service. A perfect example of the team's dedication arose after successfully bidding on a property. The bank made a small clerical error that disrupted settlement, or so we thought until Chris went above and beyond to talk with the lending managers at the bank to secure a same-day solution.
