I never thought it was possible and then I met Dawn. I am a Single Mum, good income, 4 children, long time renter dreaming of owning a home. I called Dawn and said “you know how we briefly spoke about finance the other day…. Well I put an offer on a house and it got accepted 😳” Super Dawn activated, a crazy 2 weeks with many ups and downs and tears. I wanted to give up. Super Dawn never did. Boom, I am a homeowner. If your looking for a Broker who you can trust, has your back, will fight for you until the job is done then you need Dawn. Stop looking, call her it will be the best call you will ever make! Finally Home with a Home after years of living the good life wandering the earth, COVID brought us home to house prices that seriously are jaw dropping, after a few failed attempts at engaging a Broker we where lucky enough to find Dawn. We had a clear understanding of what we wanted but had no understanding of the process. We got treated with respect, we got honest advice, and in some situations there was a lot of hand holding to "calm my nerves". Additionally we secured our legal team and insurance broker through Dawn's referral also. For me it feels inappropriate to call Dawn a broker, personally for us she played more of a role of coach. We would highly recommend Dawn and we already know that in two years time when our first fixed interest rate ends we will be looking Dawn up again. :-)

Dawn was amazing! She is professional and never makes you feel like you are asking a silly question. She is reassuring and really listens to what you want/need. She even took into account us wanting to use ethical finance. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We have never used a mortgage broker before but we will now never be without Dawn.
