M.Mark is a very easy person to deal with. I was recommended him by a colleague and he didn't disappoint.
I gave him all the info he asked for and he did what he said he could do. In the end we got the money we wanted and the house we wanted. It was great knowing someone else was looking after the money side and we could focus on the property market itself.
If I were to go through the process again I would definitely be giving him a call.

D.Quite frankly the best service I have ever received. I have used brokers in the past and they pretty much just approached my bank and advised me that this was my best deal. Mark and Aaron presented all the options, provided clear no nonsense advice of the merits and pitfalls of each lender/ loan structure and provided follow up calls even after all was done. What was most impressive about the level of the service was the fact we had no face to face as I was in another part of the country! As a businessman myself I have stolen some of their techniques to utilise in my own ventures. I rarely give praise and can be critical but I can hand on heart recommend these guys without any reservation.

B.Mark Loheni has been a great support in helping us reach our goals. When told by our bank “no, your numbers don’t work in our calculator” Mark was quick to offer other options in the market and we moved bank and got the funds we needed to build our shed no questions asked! Mark has his finger on the pulse, is approachable and helpful and doesn’t mind answering silly questions. He puts things in simple terms so that we can understand the best way to present our case and have the information required to tick all the boxes. I like that he understands the limited time a person working 40 hours a week has and that he doesn’t mind consulting after typical hours by email and text and doesn’t take up large amounts of time on phone calls like the bank wants too. He makes the whole process of borrowing money stress free and informative. He puts effort into maintaining the relationship and contacts us when our interest rate is due to expire and presents the best possible rate ahead of time. He has also encouraged us to take out life insurance which now that we have kids is great peace of mind. Also he goes over and above by making house calls if he’s in the area. Highly recommended.
