We met with Charles by chance some time ago, but decided to call him when found out how difficult it is to deal with the banks directly. They have a lot of questions and very slow response in communication. Bank managers are difficult to get on the phone and a lot of time on holidays or out of the office .At some stage we felt desperate and close to give up. But since we gave Charles a call everything started to move forward. He helped us to get all the papers ready and knew exactly what they wanted. He worked together with the lawyers and real estate agents. As an ex bank manager himself he saved us a lot of stress and time and finally we got there - bought our investment property. We highly recommend Charles to everyone who needs help buying real estate.

Charles and Philip have been exceptionally helpful throughout the process of setting up our home loan. Their professionalism, generous (and honest) advice and availability for discussion has made us very relieved to have opted to use their service, rather than attempt directly through the banks. Our lending situation was unusual in a number of ways, including fixed term employment and a new business, one first home buyer and tenants in the house under contract. However, we were confident in our ability to service a mortgage and Charles and Philip gave us a chance to explain our situation rather than turn us away at the door. Charles and Philip both excel in customer service, while the lending industry is increasingly losing its human element. We found it exceptionally valuable to be able to pick up the phone and talk to another person and receive a response to emails in minutes rather than days, as it so often has been in our experience with banks. They also performed very well in collecting all the required documents via video meetings, due to our remote location. Even down to the last minute, our loan had been approved and the property settled but our client portal was not configured properly with our lending provider. We attempted to fix the issue with the lender directly but they were barely engaged after a long wait on the phone. We explained the situation to Charles and he had to problem solved in a few hours! At all times throughout the process we felt well represented and confident in securing lending. We were presented with 2 options and were able to choose our preferred lender. Exceptional end to end service! We couldn’t be more satisfied and could not recommend these services more highly. Thank you Charles and Philip.
