Hi there.. My partner and myself would highly recommend using Steve sale insurance (in particular Charles Spilhaus) as our mortgage broker. They have taken taken us through the process very smoothly with great advice and knowledge shared. Being from a rural background with both of our occupations Seasonal (sheep shearing) , Charles managed to secure a home loan for us which otherwise may have been quite difficult given the seasonal nature of our income. Charles you are amazing. I went to couple of mortgage brokers and they said "NO" for buying house as my husband did not have permanent residence but when we contacted Charles he didn't only give us a hope but worked out of his way to help us to buy our first home and he went to a non-bank lender. I can't thank Steve Sale enough for the service and results I received throughout my house purchase process. I moved over from Wellington with the sole intention of buying my first home. (Insane prices in Wellington) Having been in my current employment for only a couple of months, I wasn't even thinking of applying any time soon.
