We had previously used Summit Mortgages when re-financing and found them to be very proactive, so went back to them for assistance when purchasing our second property, requiring bridging finance to be competitive enough in a hot market. They made the process a whole lot less stressful and we managed to secure the property with great rates. Definitely recommend Kyle and his team!
