Dave was wonderful to deal with. He made the process of purchasing our first home seamless. If I had a question or concern, Dave would respond promptly and get to the bottom of it. I have gone through the pre approval process with a bank before and I would never do that again. I recommend using a mortgage broker to take away the stress and guide you through the hurdles. I would hands down recommend Dave and we will use him again in the future without hesitation.

Dave was simply remarkable. After having dealt with a sub-standard mortgage pre-approval from the the bank for many months before I spoke with Dave, I thought that the service and pre-approval that I had been given was the best I could get. After months with no success I got in touch with Dave, I was instantly amazed at how prompt his responses were and the amount of effort that he put in to get me where I needed to be. Even though I was a single applicant, first home buyer in a commission based occupation with a low deposit, the approval that Dave managed to pull through with completely exceeded my expectations. It started off in August with the initial phone call to see if Dave could help me. I told him I’m in no hurry and I’ll do what needs to be done to get where we need to be even if it took months. Dave got straight to work… I can gladly say that before mid-October I was spending the night in my first home after going unconditional earlier than expected, settling earlier than expected, and in disbelief that the house I was spending the night in was far more than I imagined it could be before I made that phone call.
