Totally recommended and truly a 5 stars service. Jeanna and Carmela are definitely great people to deal with. I have no knowledge regarding insurances but they both will calmly explain everything to you and go out of their way in helping you. They are easy to talk to and will answer any questions you have. I'm a client of Futurisk insurance and I just would like to share my experience with them because I am so amazed at how great they are! About 6 years ago, I entered the work industry and had no idea I had to get life and health insurance (I just got out of school and they don't teach you these things!). As a young adult I didn't know where to start! Futurisk has great people who helped me find the best insurance provider that suit my needs. Because I had a pre-existing condition, it was difficult for me to be approved by a provider straight away if I looked for one myself so I decided to use Futurisk's services. My financial adviser helped me understand everything my policy says as well as offer what's best for me. (Without her, I'll still probably be in the dark and not knowing when it comes to insurances and why they are important) I also ask them for travel insurance quotes when I decide to travel!! They respond quickly and offer the best. For example (Their service), during the Covid-19 lock down here in Palmerston North - since my employment isn't classified as essential, we had to stay home and not work. Not complaining, it was a great break however our family was not getting paid our usual wages! This led to us having a bit of a struggle paying for bills but when my health insurance provider offered a 2 month break of paying my premium but still can be covered, my financial adviser from Futurisk let me know straightaway. This had helped me so much as I pay a lot of bills!!! Because of the Covid-19 lock down as well, I had no idea whether I would be able to keep my job as I work for a non-profit organisation. I quickly told my financial adviser that I need to get the income protection insurance (in case I get redundant as many people were being because of the pandemic) and she quickly sorted that out for me. How cool is that! So Five stars for me! I hope you also give them a try. Especially I am now 25, I know already that I am sorted for the future. Sometimes insurance such as life insurance is very hard to talk about but trust me, there are a lot of people who cancel their insurance or do not take insurance at all but leaving their family members or people in their lives in financial difficulty. (Especially after an unexpected situation. I have seen this happen, sometimes it is life changing. I hope it opens your eyes so you too can be sorted for the future leaving NO ONE in difficulty) Five Stars! They go out of their way just to help their clients. I'm so amazed. So easy to talk to, very quick to respond and tailors everything to your need. Highly Recommended!

i had a insurance before in which only your covered here at New Zealand so your not secured if your on vacation like us work visa Holder, its under they call it repatriation. But at Futurisk i have a 90days insured days even if im away from NZ.
