R.Amazing care and service. Jen made the mortgage process so simple. After MONTHS of fighting with the bank (who we already have a mortgage with) about getting a new mortgage for a new home, Jen got us approval within weeks and without any unnecessary conditions. To add to the stress of trying to buy in a tough market, I was 34 weeks pregnant and it was only weeks before Christmas. But here we are! Sitting in our dream home waiting for our first baby to arrive. I could not thank Jen enough for her hard work and commitment to helping us. A.My wife and I were recommended Taylored Mortgages by our Real Estate agent, and what great service we received. In our first meeting Jen gave us really sound advice which would help us across the line. We went away and got our ducks in a row and got back to Jen after Christmas. She fought really hard to get our lending across the line with the banks being tough with the CCCFA changes. Thankfully she managed to get our lending across the line. We were really impressed with the quality of service, the speed of replies to emails and phone calls and the use of zooms. Would highly recommend Jen and the team at Taylored Mortgages, they are very client focused and work their hardest to get lending across the line. If there are things that their clients can do to help their case, she tells you very clearly what needs to be done for success with the bank.
