V.I sent a first-home buyer client through to Kaushik of Life-n-loans for an assessment for a home loan. Am always super careful referring first home buyers as the potential for them to be "scarred" for life from the attitude of lenders is quite significant.
As the clients situation was a little bit weaker to secure a home loan immediately, I was very much impressed by Kaushik's drive to help guide the client towards their first home. The feedback from my client was also excellent and am sure there will be more referrals to follow.
