L.Craig Pope and Carly have been amazing, this is the second time we have used them as our broker and again the whole process was incredibly straightforward, which was in complete contrast to previous experience of dealing with a bank directly. The whole process was clearly explained and recommendations of mortgage structure was gone over to ensure it worked for us. I can not recommend them enough for anyone looking to apply for a mortgage or are unsure about where to start. The whole process both times with with them has felt almost too easy. P.We recently took out mortgage protection insurance, using Pope and co as brokers to find us the best deal. They were able to find us a policy that was both more comprehensive and about 15% cheaper per year than the best one we were able to find on our own. Using a broker (and particularly these guys) is so worth doing!

A.My wife and I were in a very tight situation. We needed to purchase a property before the end of 2017 as we were not New Zealand residents yet. After trying unsuccessfully with a couple of banks to get a mortgage on our own, we came across Craig Pope Mortgages, and he managed to pull off nothing short of a miracle. We got our first step on the property ladder, and I am sure this would not have been possible without Craig and his team.
