A pure delight to work with. He is an advisor in all respects and works more like a partner ensuring that your interests are in the forefront and addressed to our satisfaction. When we got our mortgage, it was at a most difficult time with multiple restrictions put in place by RBNZ for lending and we still managed to overcome, which left us with a great feeling of achievement. Looking at the brighter side, the experience left us in good stead with a tightening of our expenses, which we otherwise wouldn't have bothered to check.
