Lauren is absolutely amazing to work with, she has assisted me on more than one occasion and every time she has been outstanding. She really looks into every option for you so that you make the best decision for you and your future. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always prompt in her responses which makes things so much easier when you are doing financial dealings at what can often being a highly stressful time. She always keeps everything moving very efficiently. She is so professional but with a really friendly and approachable manner and never makes you feel like you are a bother. I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough and have done so to my own friends.

First home sounds exciting but when coming to actual process it is not, different businesses different ways or procedures. We are based in Whakatane due to work and we wanted our first home in Auckland, we were told by many it is not possible that's when we met Lauren through a sales agent and she was amazing, everything was online - super easy 👍 She got our loan approved with no questions asked. She even helped us find a good property as in if the property will be accepted by bank or not, areas with school zones, whom to go for legal advise, the type of property we should go for.
