Supreet was amazing to deal with. He is very professional, quick to respond and made the whole process so stress free. His advice is what secured us our first home in a hard market to get into. Supreet was absolutely amazing. We had almost given up hope in getting a mortgage, but gave it one more shot and we asked him to help. He came and saw us that day and within a couple of days had our application completed and sent out to the various lenders. Highly recommend Supreet! As a first home buyer at a young age he made is so so so much easier and explained everything in detail so we understood everything. I would 100% recommend Supreet to anyone who is trying to get a mortgage, he is friendly, super helpful, has great communication, even responds on weekends and in the evenings, he made everything easy to understand. I was in a stressful situation dealing with a separation, selling our house and trying to get lending to by myself a new house, I had first tried to use the mortgage broker we used to buy our first house, but he was terrible, no communication and ended up telling me he couldn’t find anyone to lend to me. Thankfully Supreet was recommended to my mum for me by a Mike Pero agent in akaroa after hearing of my troubles, straight away Supreet was onto it and had some options ready for me in a matter of days, he really is amazing at his job, Supreet made my situation less stressful and now I’m in my new home enjoying my fresh start and I’m so thankful to Supreet.
