Had such an amazing experience with Willie. He answered all our questions and was patient with us while we worked through things. After going back and forth for months with our previous mortgage broker and not getting anywhere but further from our goal of getting into our first home, we were suggested by a relative to try Willie Leota. I cannot say enough how professional, patient and responsive Willie has been. After applying for a pre-approval, Willie got back to us and not only did he get us a better pre-approval but he exceeded what he had estimated. All of this being done within a few days of applying. The 3 months it took to get all our ducks in a row with our previous broker, Willie did within a few weeks. Also, I'd like to mention how approachable Willie has been despite on two different islands. Willie would notify us if there would be any changes to any lending criteria's or interest rates in which Willie has been able to get us a lower rate than what the banks have had advertised. Would be crazy not to recommend!!

Need a build to run smoothly? You need Willie!!! What an awesome experience from start to finish as first home buyers/builders we were very nervous about speaking to banks, however chatting to Willie instantly made everything feel way smoother. Due to this we were able to fully focus on our build and let Willie sort everything on the bank side.
