After over a year of trying to buy a house my wife and I got paired up with Praveen from The Mortgage Centre. Praveen was extremely helpful, went the extra mile to assist us in purchasing our first home and gave suggestions when times got tough, chased banks when they were not replying and done all of this with a smile on his face. He knew what he is doing and ultimately, leading us to landing our first home. Would definitely highly recommend Praveen, The Mortgage Centre.

I have been involved in the property market in the Bay of Plenty for 25 years and have worked with various banks and mortgage brokers during that time. I can say without hesitation that Jenny Zhou is the best finance professional I have used. She has a very good understanding of lending institutions (from years working in banking herself) and was quickly able to understand and respond to our somewhat complicated arrangements. Jenny has a warm and friendly personality and is very easy to deal with, communicating regularly with us and managing tight deadlines. Jenny offered us several options to meet our finance needs and together we worked to a great solution. If you are looking for financing, I thoroughly recommend Jenny and will certainly be remaining with her as a client in the future.

We reached to the Mortgage Centre at the end of 2021 as we were looking at buying our first home. They were very accommodating to the nature of our purchase and the time constraints involved and we managed to get it all over the line in arguably one of the most difficult times given the recent law changes. This was our first experience working with an advisor yet Jenny Zhao was an absolute gem from the get go! We had a complicated multi house non-commercial situation but Jenny was amazing. We did everything electronically and remotely so being in two different cities made zero difference. Jenny liaised with various lenders and assessed which offers were the best for our need. Praveen is my "go to guy" when it comes to my mortgage. I have consulted him regarding my home investments for the past 5 years. 5 years ago I was a single mother with a reasonable deposit However...No banks or mortgage brokers in Rotorua were willing to help me purchase a home.
