N.Nicki showed a lot of patience when working with me as I was all over the place in terms of what I wanted and what I thought I wanted. Nicki took the time to talk me through everything and responded promptly to my various questions. Further, Nicki spoke in a language that was easily understood. Without Nicki's assistance and guidance I think it would have been unlikely that I would have gotten over the curve and purchased my life insurance policy prior to my surgery.
